AGRO 2.1 - 2.2 SYSTEMS


MEANING AND SCOPE:

AGRO 2.1 - 2.2 is a methodology for developing a system for organizing a farm on environmental sensitivity and application of modern farming practices in the field.

To this Greek Model Management can be applied to any farm, regardless of size or type of cultivated species.

Emphasizes four key areas which are:

  • Correctly Agricultural Practice
  • Safety and Health Workers
  • Security output
  • Traceability

EXPECTED BENEFITS:

  • Evaluation and quality control of products.
  • Reducing environmental impacts of agricultural farm activities.
  • Participation in public tenders and subsidized programs.
  • Ensure appearance and prevent risks to health and safety of consumers.
  • Ability to promote the healthy (in terms of safety for the customer) products are produced.
  • Align Business with the law for the implementation of Good Agricultural Practice in the field.
  • Opening new markets resulting in increased sales and profitability of the business.

METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING THE SYSTEM:

  • Presentation of the status quo - Setting objectives
  • Data Collection Product
  • Author Study - Published growing instructions, registration processes, risk analysis, forms, work instructions and training of staff
  • Establish procedures for corrective action
  • Establish procedures for documentation and verification of system
  • Certification system modeled AGRO 2.1 - 2.2 by an independent certification body (power license for 3 years, an assessment by the organization and renewed every year)
  • Corrective action after certification
  • System Monitor
