MEANING AND SCOPE:
ELOT 1435 establishes the requirements to be met by providers of communications services, to ensure competence in managing the advertising of
Government and the wider public sector in the print and electronic media.
System Operator Proficiency in Business Communication Service is the sum of all the processes needed to implement the projects effectively and efficiently.
ELOT 1435 applies to all providers of communication services, ie companies engaged in the organization, preparation and communication to the public of goods or services provided by public bodies and the wider public sector and the projection their activities.
That means the model can be certified:
- Advertising Agencies (Advertising Agencies)
- Companies planning and buying media time and space (Media Specialists)
- Companies Public Relations (Public Relations)
- Companies sales promotion and direct marketing (One to One Marketing)
- Companies create a brand (Branding and Design)
OBJECTIVES OF THE ELOT 1435:
- Certification of the management efficiency of corporate communications
- Ensure consistency in the provision of communication and satisfaction of customer requirements
- Objective assessment of companies providing communication services
- Self-assessment of business and continuously improve their performance
MANAGEMENT COMPETENCE OF COMMUNICATION MEANS:
