ELOT 1433 CERTIFICATION OF EQUCATIONAL SERVICES OF ELEMENTARY & LANGUAGE SCHOOLS

MEANING AND SCOPE:

The technical specification (TD) ELOT 1433 establishes the requirements to meet the secondary education schools and centers of foreign languages to be entered in the Register of tuition and language school with the Greek Label.

Quality Management System in Education is the sum of all the processes implemented in the educational process to ensure continuous and distinct improvement of all members involved in education (student – teacher – parents).

The TD ELOT 1433 applies to all organizations (private enterprises or speculative companies, single member or college, public charitable organizations, foundation, association) statutory and supervised by the Ministry of Education.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION ELOT 1433:

• Modernization and better organization of activities of educational establishment
• Potential for competitive advantage through effective communication of service quality and ensuring the requirements of students – parents
• Consolidating the confidence of stakeholders
• Satisfaction of students and parents, the application of standard
• Satisfaction of end users of the product obtained (teachers carers) through the development of educational establishments (regardless of size, structure, mode of administration and operation)
• The upgrading of education
• Self-evaluation and / or improvement and / or certification of the educational unit of foreign certification body

QUALITY IN SCHOOLS IS:

• Maintenance of program, time, matter and trainers
• Capacity – skills trainers
• Educational Objectives class / course, as defined by official institutions, if any
• Strong personal and educational goals of student
• Satisfaction learners, tutors and trainers
